Ermmm does this mean over the next 2 years I will start to forget stuff yer only 2 years older than me
Re: Mike Rigg
I'm sure that one of his first tasks will be a report on all the young, athletic, hard tackling and technically skilful centre midfield players in the championship. With a conclusion of who we should bid for in the January window.

Re: Mike Rigg
Not sure that will be his task necessarily, he's the Technical Director not the Chief Scout. You'd not expect your Chief Executive to start going and personally sourcing the merchandise for the club shop - the Chief Exec finds a good buyer/shop manager and employs them to do that.Mala591 wrote:I'm sure that one of his first tasks will be a report on all the young, athletic, hard tackling and technically skilful centre midfield players in the championship. So far as I'm aware, Martin Hodge is the Chief Scout and he'll still be responsible for identifying and reporting on targets. I assume in the new structure, he reports to Rigg.

Re: Mike Rigg
Who on earth is that
Re: Mike Rigg
At least no one has called him Riggs yet, or the chief scout Martin Hodges.

Then hopefully he will have lots of reports to read. And maybe not all on Championship midfielders
Re: Mike Rigg
Mike Rigg specifically said he would be responsible for both player recruitment and identification (globally) as well as succession planning for players.
