Just seen it Dan, will get something on site when I get the chance this afternoon. Brilliant news for him. He's been at the club a long time too. I've only seen him play once, but I chose the right game didn't I when he got the five goals?

So pleased to see the news of his call up and I wish him well in Turkey and also in his future development. Well done Lewis!

Excellent news for the lad - well done.

Hopefully we can keep hold of him and he can keep progressing.

Great News. Let's hope this is the start of a long and successful England and Burnley career.

Cheers Tony. I was there but couldnt honestly remember. Not ideal for any player to come on in the circumstances of the night.

Short article now onsite - not often I'm not permitted to use a pic of a player but he's of an age where I'm not able to.

Yep, great news. A good output from the recruitment policy that was in place at the time, one that also yielded the first professional footballer born this millennium. It’s interesting to see players that were being watched at u7 and u8 starting to make names for themselves in the game now, with Burnley and others.

Anyone got a link to an official England site?
Just can't find any U16 data.

When the new regime took over not much more than two years ago there wasn’t a recruitment policy worthy of the name. It’s been a matter of trying to catch up again which is a real shame.

This is as much as I have been able to find out about the Tournament, however, I think that there may be more about it nearer the time.

Never thought the official site has ever been up to much.
Considering how well the younger England sides have done these last few years, it's doesn't reflect well.
