Why would Gary Monk leave Birmingham for Burnley? I don't think he would see it as a step up.

Blind faiith got us promoted twice when everyone was against us.We didnt even get the trophy presented at Charlton or enough medals to go round.
We succeeded despite all the media pundits and press .
doing us down.
