Preston aren't definitely safe, yet.

Unfortunately, it looks like we may well be renewing acquaintances with 'em next season.... :(

Ive definitely not missed playing bastards.

Id happily never play them for another 30 years.

Its bad enough at the minute, without the stress of playing them.

As a Southern based Claret I enjoy us turning over London based teams ,especially "entitled geezers" like West Ham far more.

Assuming Leeds don't "fall apart again" I really hope we stay up and take 3k to theirs and unlike the rovers we will need the top and bottom tier ...

Looking at the size of the crowds for the last 2 derby's the novelty was wearing off anyway.

I hate all the travel restrictions when travelling to Ewood. it just spoils what would be a good day out and atmosphere

I've not missed playing Blackburn at all, should be an enjoyable event for all

The only people who gain from the ridiculous and draconian travel arrangements that accompany this game are the local police and even some of them aren't sure.

Some will sat it's just another game, but it's not anymore. The life has been sucked out of it by the authorities expectations of violence and the small minority who keep up this expectation and allow the police to justify the way away supporters are treated.

So do I enjoy beating Rovers of course yes, do I enjoy the crap that surrounds this fixture not in the slightest.

Nah not really. Was hoping to go a few years without playing them, then get them in the cup again. Ah well.

Not for a single minute and not even thought about it since the cup win last season.
