Sad news, great comedy actress. Can't believe she was 93 years old. Rest in peace June

I remember listening to her on the wireless back in the 1950s. She was Eth Glum in Take it from Here and her catch phrase was "Oh Ron". Then all her wonderful TV roles. One of our finest comedy actresses.

Wonderful comedy actress - sad news. Hadn't realised she'd reached 93.

She seems to have been around for so long but never aged, a brilliant comedy actress.

Way before that ( 1961 ), she played the Nurse in " The Blood Donor " sketch, with Tony Hancock, which also featured Frank Thornton, who later found fame as " Captain Peacock " in " Are you being served? " ... British Comedy royalty ... RIP !!

I went to Bournemouth with dad when I was 16 camping (many years ago!), we went to watch T&J on the pier then went into town for a meal, where they turned up. More than happy to chat to dad and me, remember it well and when we recently played at Bournemouth I went with my son and it brought back some fab memories as we walked through the gardens in the centre of the town.
