The performance was embarrassing last game.

The performance was excellent this game.

It’s not fickle, it’s facts. Accept it.

Those who have called for Dyche to be sacked and the few who said Dyche has lost the dressing room should certainly be embarrassed. Mind you Dyche continues to be well supported inside the ground which is the main thing.

Don't have a problem with people who wanted Dyche to adjust our style of play. What I don't think is justified is people wanting Dyche sacked.

Amazing what can happen when you get it on the ground and play.
The real test now is to see if today was a one off.

I get your point Taio, but to be fair, what he has done today was what fans have been pointing out for weeks. We have gone a full year with just 4 wins, which is thin ice for any manager, but what was worse was the football we were playing. However today was the best I have see us play and even put it up against some of the performances last season, and IF that is down to putting the club captain back in the team, then it is what a large percentage of fans, including t=a split on this board have been saying, so again you would question why Dyche wasn't seeing it or is it a fact that he did but he wants to stay resolute behind Hart? Either way if we play like we did today more often then no one will have anything to have a negative opinion about, and we all have the same common belief and hopes for our beloved team. UTC NNN

My point is I don't think it's reasonable from those wanting Dyche sacked. But to be fair I haven't heard anyone inside the ground say that. And I think most people have only been calling for Hart to be dropped after the everton game myself included.

Faking buzzing that was the best performance in 12 months. Today we put the ball on the ground and played football the midfield was excellent especially O'Neil, who looks a proper footballer.

I have been Dyches biggest critic this season, the results have not been there and the football abysmal. Lets hope this is not a flash in the pan and we can take this form to Huddersfield and come away with 3 points.

Fickilness is not attending the matches, not about expressing your opinion on a message board . I have been going home and away for the last 50 years and I care, when things need changing I vent my anger

Hes paid very well to do a job, he clearly wasn't doing it. There is no room for sentiment, he has made some difficult decisions today and has reaped the rewards. My only criticism of today, was Dwight and Chris Were knackered the last 15mins, subs needed a little earlier for me...but a quite fantastic effort from all.

People wanted a stop to the hoofball and negative tactics. We got that today. If he reverts back to type against Huddersfield, then the criticism will be warranted.

4 wins in 20 games of the 2018/19 season - and a few more in the back half of 2017/18. Not quite as challenging as "a full year with just 4 wins...."

Brian O'Neill was a "proper footballer." Here's hoping that Dwight McNeill can achieve the same levels of performance. Well done, young man!

Yeah 'cause that was the general feeling amongst all that thought change was needed. The football on offer over the last 12 months has been poor with little sign of change. The football today was better but it'll take a few more wins and decent performances to change my mind that a change is still needed.

If we had lost today, this board would have been full of people (won’t call them fans) calling for Sean’s head.

And rightly so, particularly if the performance had been as bad as Boxing day.

Fortunately, the Burnley you associate Dyche with turned up today, and long may it continue!

As good as today was it doesn't change the fact that the first 5 months of this season has been unacceptable. The difference Heaton made today proved that Dyche made a massive error bringing in Hart and persevering with him up to now.

Boxing day performances always make big changes at Turf Moor It takes me back to the game at Hull in 2015, we were dreadful and Ben Mee had been poor all season at lfb (not saying Hart as) Dyche finally did what the fans wanted and brought back in Stephen Ward lets hope this is the case this time with Heaton.

The main culprits are on here Trying to justify their absolute pathetic rants all season. Makes me cringe. We are in this for the long haul. Win lose we are Clarets. Support then through thick and thin.

What's pathetic about people complaining about the turgid football that's been served up?
