Who's going down
For me Cardiff Huddersfield but the 3rd is either us Southampton Newcastle Fulham or palace, that's worrying as i think those 3 have enough about them to pick up points Fulham cannot defend but have goals in them , Newcastle have rafa and can pick up unlikely points , Southampton have 2 goal scorers that we know are injury prone if either of those are out then it could be them down . We have pope coming back Brady and defour not to far behind McNeal eager to please , hopefully we get a striker in and it all makes for a very exciting battle , rather not be in it but it does make it exciting

Re: Who's going down
No certainties for me but it will be tough for Huddersfield if we win tomorrow. Their chairman is ready to spend though.
Promoted clubs often struggle 2nd half of the season physically if they keep most of the squad. Fulham might be different with buying players from top leagues.

Huddersfield are nailed on more than anyone atm. Useless at both ends of the pitch.

Re: Who's going down
Huddersfield look certs, but the other 2 spots will go to the wire,Newcastle will pick up enough points i think,Palace have match-winners in Zaha and Townsend,Cardiff are battling and have hope, think it'll be between Southampton,Fulham,Cardiff and ourselves,if we can beat those three at the turf we have a great chance of avoided the bottom 3 in May.
Re: Who's going down
Pope, Brady, Sicknote and McNeal - almost like four new signingsOoogeorgeorgeoghani wrote:For me Cardiff Huddersfield but the 3rd is either us Southampton Newcastle Fulham or palace, that's worrying as i think those 3 have enough about them to pick up points Fulham cannot defend but have goals in them , Newcastle have rafa and can pick up unlikely points , Southampton have 2 goal scorers that we know are injury prone if either of those are out then it could be them down . If we are not going down I would say we really have to win at Huddersfield...

Re: Who's going down
far too early to say but it's 3 from Hudders, Fulham, Cardiff, Burnley, Saints, Palace and Newcastle. Rest will have enough. Huddersfield game will tell us about our prospects

Re: Who's going down
I’d rule Palace out of a relegation battle. They have too much going forward and will pick up wins where the rest of the bottom 4-5 won’t.
Hopefully we win tonight, and then I’d say Huddersfield, Cardiff (Leicester should have beaten them), and Fulham, if not us. All depends on our next 6 games now, with Man United being the expected loss. We have to take advantage of this run of fixtures.

If we lose today, then we'll join Huddersfield and 1 other in relegation.

If we are not to be part of that calculation, then we have to take advantage of our current run of fixtures.
Still think we have enough to survive, but we can't really afford anymore slip ups.

No chance Bournemouth will go down but if you fancy it you can get 200/1.Caernarfon_Claret wrote:Huddersfield, Bournemouth and 1 other.

Re: Who's going down
Definitely Huddersfield and Cardiff. 3rd spot is between Burnley, Fulham, Southampton and Newcastle.
Brighton could get dragged in at the later stages around April
After the much improved performance and victory against West Ham, Dyche needs to put his positive head on, grow some balls and get the lads steaming in from the off. No good sitting deep and inviting them on, it will end in tears.
If we revert back to the humping the ball forwards to Wood and Barnes, their will be some very disappointed travelling Clarets. Play the ball out to the wings and through midfield with some purpose and keep possession

Re: Who's going down
Fulham are favourites to sign Cahill from Chelsea. If they sort their defence out like he would then they will finish mid table. They had 5 glorious chances to score against Arsenal but ended up getting walloped .

Re: Who's going down
Looking at the table it's hard too see anyone above Palace being sucked into the survival scramble,Bournemouth are on a horrendous run but their strong start will ensure safety,Brighton's home form will see them fine,we have Cardiff,Palace,Fulham and Southampton at home, play to our capabilities and that's 4 very winnable games alone, first we need to take care of business in these next 2 games and with any luck we'l have some breathing space from the bottom 3.
