And, for those who still want Sean out, watch the honesty in the man during his interview celebrating his 6 year anniversary at the Club.

Re: Dyche out...
Anybody know which manager holds the record for most wins in charge of us? I'd be suprised if Dyche isn't in the top 5 or so now?

These point scoring threads are great until you realise they will end up like Brexit threads and people will dig their heels in even further.

Re: Dyche out...
If last night was Dyche's 100th win then not sure on the accuracy of the table...but heres hoping he has leapfrogged Spen Whittaker by May so we can look forward to another season in the Premier League!Bosscat wrote:Not quite but he is getting closer

2. John Haworth: 203 from 464

5. Spen Whittaker: 108 from 262

7. Jimmy Adamson: 104 from 272
8. Sean Dyche: 103 from 265
9. Brian Miller: 100 from 292 (over two spells)
Stats include cup ties. So that begs the following question: Which three cup ties has Dyche won?

Re: Dyche out...
After the Everton no-show (and many more before it) I, for the first time, called for the actual removal of Sean Dyche as manager, with the caveat that he had been magnificent for the first 5 years of his 6 year stint. Absolutely thrilled though that we have managed to get 6 points from the last 2 games.
I watched the West Ham game and was thoroughly impressed. Didn`t manage to watch the Huddersfield game as it was a 4:45am kick-off over here but was jumping for joy when I checked on the t`internet in the morning!
As Stan used to say though, "one swallow does not make a summer". In this case, thankfully, 2 swallows swooped over the beautiful horizon and has made our position far rosier than it was. West Spam for the performance and Huddersfield, apparently, for the return of the strong chin we had grown accustomed to under Dyche. Anyone though could have told you that the re-introduction of Heaton and McNeil and the playing from the off of Barnes would more than likely improve not only the team`s performances but the confidence levels, as importantly, of the supporters, which is transmitted onto the pitch.
It has been a brilliant few days with 6 HUGE points but let`s see where we are at the end of the transfer window before the holier than thou start casting aspersions on those who, for very good reason (after a pretty pitiful points and performance return in 2018), had asked for, if not the removal of Dyche, but that the powers that be were at least discussing alternatives.
Here`s hoping we consolidate these 6 points with a good performance in the cup but more importantly against Cardiff.
UP THE CLARETS!!!!

Re: Dyche out...
Correction:
Dyche's overall record is actually 109 from 287, putting him fifth overall. Apologies all round.

He's 2 games to save his job! (But one of those is a cup tie against lower league opposition so we all know how that will go don't we?? )
