I’m back after a week ban as well

Been banned a fair few times. The most recent time wasn’t really a ban worthy reason (I stated Heaton would start the day before the West ham game and joked about my source) so I assume you annoyed the mod so much he took it out on me as well

I think it's good that you guys actually got told what it was you were banned for. It's important that that's something that happens. It shows respect for the forum member and it also shows that the person banning you is serious about wanting you not to repeat whatever it was that got you banned.

There’s a few candidates that need to be ‘sent’ on holiday for a week just to give the rest of us the time to relax, and not read their continuous claptrap.

I have specifically requested that my account be deleted (3 or 4 times) but not even had the courtesy of a response despite numerous emails to the admins.

I am sick of threads disappearing, some with hundreds of posts without so much as an explanation.

Maybe posting on this thread will prompt them into action.

Not received any emails but posts are not removed without good reason.

I have never been banned but agree with other posters, too much stuff goes missing on here/people being banned with no explanation. I didnt actually think the admin/mods really spoke to anyone?! I know CT is the main man but who are the mods/admin? A group of original posters from the claretsmad days?

CT, I followed the contact admin links and have sent messages and chasers using the same process. The message was sent using the facilities available via the site.

Just to say I'm glad that this board is policed and it's not a free-for-all.
I'm sure the mods don't get it right all the time but I appreciate it must not be an easy job to keep everyone happy all of the time.

I've had a couple of posts go walkies in the last two days and I don't know why, they weren't in any way contraversial. I assume a technical hitch (or I forgot to press 'submit').

I find it amusing that some very acceptable words are starred out due them possibly being taken out of context. I suppose it's not possible to allow them depending on context and then not when used in another way. Such as ******* or ***** or ********. But then again ******* seems to be okay.
