Westwood
What a player. Him and jeff both set the tone after going 1 down early on. His tough tackle really got the crowd going. After that he was absolutely everywhere.

Re: Westwood
Westwood has been excellent of late but it’s Bardsley who has put the fire back in their bellies. From starting against Lpool he’s raised the tempo all over the field. The new Barton.

Great Player. Often gets to the loose ball in midfield before anyone else has moved.

Re: Westwood
Westwood was outstanding today. His energy and press was fantastic. Challenges were spot on. And the majority of his passing was spot on also. I’d like to see someone come in tk compliment him and give a few like cork a rest / options of a three in the middle.
Simply brilliant today.

Re: Westwood
Very good today
But that is what a squad is for, for players to seize their chance and play

Re: Westwood
Westwood has been very good lately. Hendrick stepped up in the first half. Best I've seen him play for a good while

Re: Westwood
I made a mental note to post on here about Westwood - this beat me to it.
Fantastic today, and been good in most games he’s played. Does the simple stuff very well and is effective at what he does. I noticed he was supporting and covering McNeil when he tired later on in the game - he seems to see where the danger will be and makes breaking it up look easy.

Needs someone a bit more creative by his side, but one of the first names on the team sheet for me.
