Should the first step be to increase our scouting presence at Under 23 games around the country?

Buying the lad Bogle from Derby and leaving him there on loan fur the rest of the season would be a start

The priority is staying up and milking the money.

This has been talked about for years and for those paying attention most of our significant buys have been this or have people forgotten 2014-15

if you consider a player is at his peak at 28 then look at the ages of the players we have bought - a large proportion of those who regularly play in the first team were 23 - 26 when we bought them - this already is an ongoing policy

Now that the younger guys are looking to play there could be an opportunity for us to pick up some talented youngsters. Germany seems to be the destination of choice but there will be some who would rather stay nearer home.
