Only 1200 to Watford on Saturday.
It's been very expensive watching us this year, a lot will of blown their football budget on the Europa league games.

Re: City away
Probably also due to the number of recent heavy defeats there, and of course being the same draw as last year. If it had been anywhere like Oldham, Doncaster, Shrewsbury etc we'd have gone definitely.
Fair do's to all those going to the Etihad again but I'll save my cash for the next round..

I don't think the view at City in the top tier is that bad at all.

Re: City away
You’re right it’s not bad as such but it’s just a kind of panoramic telescopic type view . Granted you can see the whole game but just felt more detached . Though when we took 7/8k it had the odd effect of killing the atmosphere a bit being so spread out .

I dont mind going City, a tenner a ticket, £15 for the coach, cheap beer in Bury, ive still got a few quid left from Watford away so i will be on level 3 like most of you, it also beats going shopping on Saturday afternoon with her indoors, see you all there.

Re: City away
Be lucky if theres 2k there.
Re: City away
I’ve heard that we’d sold approximately 1200 by the middle of last week
Re: City away
Can't see us selling 3 thousand to be honest. Really was a stinker of a draw. Not even an enjoyable ground to visit.
Re: City away
Well there's 180 traveling with Accy Clarets. Don't think we'll be far off taking 3000. UTC

Depending on how many of you there are you could consider hiring a minibus.Garnerssoap wrote:Train strike again has decimated Whalley clarets

I presume we took 3k (ish) at first as know we got the upper 3rd tier but must know a dozen people who have tried today and nothing online at all?
Suprised theyve not just switched to collection only unless we've decided not to take up the option of another 1500 or such? V cheap pricrs as well

Actually, it does say on the website that the deadline for posting has now passed.
You can buy them at the ticket office though.
