You just can't get excited when you see his name - even sent off one of his ex school kids this weekend
Re: Referee confirmed for Manchester United game
I had a dream a couple of nights ago we got a penalty at Old Trafford, oh well another dream not coming true

Bugger the penalties we must have gone through most the refs in the Premier now after 65 games
more chance on our numbers coming up on the lottery (see what I've done here I going to Jinx it)

He didn't even get chance, Milner was down the tunnel by the time he went for his pocket.ClaretTony wrote:You just can't get excited when you see his name - even sent off one of his ex school kids this weekend

Moss in the middle is exactly what is needed by Man United to continue the Ole revolution.
If referees were in a league table, he would be in the relegation zone!

Re: Referee confirmed for Manchester United game
I wonder what the odds are on one of our players being sent off? Lower now no doubt.
How do we manage to get him as the ref for both away games against the Manchester teams? How he failed to send Kompany off is beyond belief. Clearly bottled it. We will get nothing.

Re: Referee confirmed for Manchester United game
United obviously like him because he has refereed them 21 times in the PL and they have lost only once to Spurs a couple of years ago. They have won 16 of those games ---time for us to upset the apple cart!

We're screwed.
Could be worse though, they could have appointed Lee Mason but I suppose they're saving him for when we play Arsenal

Re: Referee confirmed for Manchester United game
He definitely should have sent Kompany off, however, in the last three games he has refereed us he has sent off two opposition players --one from Man Utd and the other from Arsenal ----- Kompany would have been a good hat-trick!
