I don't think City fans are ever loud. I guess that's what you get when most of them don't come from anywhere near where the club is.

TBO it's a bit threadbare, the holy grail is that Declan Rice will commit and solve everything!

Walker booked for a scything hack at D4. Some refs might have shown red.

Pope nearly saved it. Nothing he could do. Difference in quality. Brady skies it and Jesus shows how it should be done.

I'll take 3-0. Their second string could win the Premier League. So long as it's not a morale bashing result, and we make an effort and do ok for ourselves, that'll do for me.

He made his run from deep. Nothing to do with playing him onside. Letting him cut inside and getting caught so flat footed was truly awful defending though

Is this Dyche's idea of giving Vydra a chance? Sticking him upfront on his own against the best team in the league with no Burnley player within 100 yards of him?

We haven't a hope in hell of getting anything from this match now. We are simply not good enough. It will probably stay 1-0 until half time then City will score a couple in the last 15 minutes of the game.

I’ve a bet on 3-0 which is the bookies most likely score. We are on a hiding to nothing playing there. I’d have liked to seen the Etihad but don’t do Dyche cup games now. Saving myself for Tues night and we should rest our team for that.

As alluded to earlier, I hope he doesn't think that Vydra has been given a fair crack of the whip today.

Poor lad, doesn't know whether he's coming or going.
