Parking At Old Trafford

Post by damo_whitehead » Tue Jan 29, 2019 12:42 pm

Been a few years since I was at Old Trafford last, I heard there are significant roadworks effecting the area, just wondering if anyone has any decent tips for parking? Thanks

If you park in the Lowry centre car park you can go for something to eat in the food court (Harry Ramsdens etc) and then walk round from there. Its about a 20 minute walk but its pretty easy from a traffic point of view getting in and out over there and you less than half a mile from the M602 junction for travelling back.
You alway see a few Burnley and United fans using the Lowry

Some street parking is actually free. Theres a decent size chargeable car park at the cricket ground. Although we have an office there and its a ballache to escape on a work day never mind match night.

Usually i just park on a street nearby. Plenty not chargeable.

Lowry Centre is a good shout for parking and grabbing a bite to eat. Please be aware it can take a long time to exit the car park after the game
