I don’t think one individual can be blamed.
A mixture of Dyche, Garlick, Rigg though? We cannot say it was X fault without knowing the inner workings. Is Dyche just too stubborn on who he wants? Is Garlick too tight with the money? Was Rigg unable to influence this window as Dyche has kept saying?
Something isn’t right on the recruitment side, still. That’s how it feels (admittedly, without knowing all the facts).
