I have become aware recently that there are some problems when trying to contact us. I know the moderator notifications aren't working as they should so I don't get email alerts when there is a reported post but I've recently learned that there are other problems.

Some aren't getting activation codes when registering for the message board. I've dealt with some of them.
People contacting the site via the Contact us. We're not ignoring it, we are just not receiving them.

Until further notice, if you have registered and not received the activation, or if you are trying to contact us, can you please do it via a direct email to and hopefully we'll then be able to deal with your queries.
