Re: Come on Bournemouth
I'll say (as a backup), that a draw would be OK. So long as Bournemouth avoid defeat, I'll take it, as we've still got further away than both Fulham and Huddersfield.
A Bournemouth win - a massive point gained for us.

Re: Come on Bournemouth
Bournemouth without Brooks and Wilson so not ideal. They have also lost 7 on the trot away from home!

Eddie Howe playing a battling side shortly after a 4-0 win?

I'm looking at Cardiff's fixtures and I think they'll struggle over the next few. If they draw today, I think that's still ok.Steve1956 wrote:Today is a massive point for us if Cardiff lose tonight, come on Eddie Attack! Attack!Attack!

Early chance for Cardiff
Re: Come on Bournemouth
1-0 Cardiff.
You can not rely on Eddie Howe to do you a favour, you just can’t.

Southern softies. The team you would want to play at home if you are struggling.

Re: Come on Bournemouth
Yeh, we don't want an after the Lord Mayors show.
They aren't the best away from home, but the first 20 mins could set the tone for the whole game. If Cardiff get an early goal, i think you can turn over and watch the end of the rugby.

Cardiff could win 10-0 tonight but they still won’t finish above us.

At home they would. And did. But this sort of side away and Bournemouth can get badly exposed, as the game at Turf Moor demonstrates wellFactualFrank wrote:That is very true, but this is Cardiff. They should be beating them.
Re: Come on Bournemouth
Should be 2-0. Shocking defending.

If you’re relying on Bournemouth to dig out a win here, you may as well plough the sea.

Re: Come on Bournemouth
Cardiff look up for the fight and have the added Sala factor/motivation
to give them that extra whatever.
We're going to have to continue to dig deep for as long as it takes
and it could be all the way into those last few tough fixtures.

Re: Come on Bournemouth
Looks to me like it's more about Bournemouth being absolute bonk away from home. Bournemouth 5th worst away record in the Prem. Brighton, Hudds, Cardiff and Fulham only teams below them. Yet they are 10th in the table.jurek wrote:Cardiff look up for the fight and have the added Sala factor/motivation

Re: Come on Bournemouth
Can’t myself to be too arsed at a Cardiff win. They’ve had a rough deal and I’ve said all along that the sad situation with Sala will act as a motivating factor, Warnock will insist. Still a lot of work to be done.

Good manager is warnock.....
Re: Come on Bournemouth
Eddie still can’t consistently set up a defence.
Re: Come on Bournemouth
This idea that he's good enough to manage a team like Spurs (If their manager goes to Man U.) is pure fantasy when he has absolutely no idea about defending.BurnleyFC wrote:Eddie still can’t consistently set up a defence.
