Burnley Road closure -Rawtenstall

Post by Steve-Harpers-perm » Sun Feb 03, 2019 7:05 pm

Heads up for anyone travelling from Burnley through Rawtenstall the main road is closed due to a burst water main in Crawshawbooth. Says they are hoping to have it open to one lane for rest of the week while they repair it.

The drop in water pressure has stopped my shower working.

Got caught in it this afternoon. Went round past the masons and came out near crawshawbooth school. Can't imagine the carnage it will create in the morning

Where's that then? Obviously not the same as the other traffic.

Police Update:There is now one lane open at Burnley Road, Crawshawbooth close to the White Bull. The lane is being controlled by temporary traffic lights.
