I'm with you on this Rick because it is obvious that Chris Hughton is just paving the way for more approaches to be made to the FA if there is any reason to complain. He has already put this in the public domain and is fully aware that it will be the Clarets visiting on Saturday and that the Burnley fans are likely to react.

Mind you, I just do not know what he is expecting the FA to do about crowds chanting ---does he want them to close the Hawthorns?

I really hope that all our fans on Saturday behave well and not give them any room to complain. I'm sure the authorities would love a reason to have another go at our club.
Aye, we should all wear blue and white scarves and keep our mouths shut & the team should let them win. Wouldnt want to upset Chris and those lovely Brighton folk.

Or to flip it on its head, wear claret and blue scarves, sing songs to back the team and try to win.

There is some middle ground you know. Can't believe some fans are still going on about it so long after the fact.

Actually, it is Chris Hughton that brought the subject up at West Brom last night and he certainly has an agenda in doing that whether you like it or not.

I just dont want 5-10 drunken fans representing our club allowing Chris Hughton to have another moan at our club and then give the authorities the opportunity to punish our club in whatever way they see fit. I'm not for one minute suggesting we go there and "sit in church", lets go there and shout our heads off; cheer the team on; "make some noise"... just dont be dicks about it.

I’ve heard Brighton are printing out a list of acceptable chants for away fans. It will also include a warning of not to boo any Brighton players should they for example commit a bad tackle during the game. Also it will give our club to chance to forfeit the points should we win or draw so as not to upset Brighton.

I don't care if we boo Bong or not, and I certainly couldn't give a flying f.ck what Chris Holier than Thou Hughton says.

Andone has been charged so should most likely miss the game:

You could say from 'And one' to 'And none' in our match! ;)

Have I understood this correctly? Chris Hughton thinks it is unacceptable to jest that one of his player has bad breath but doesn’t bat an eyelid about a player being accused of being racist?

Curious moral compass.

Bong was booed earlier in the season at Southampton. Not sure if it was due to a bad foul early on or Jay Rod's Southampton connection.

Hughton didn't mention it after the game.

Is it just certain clubs with him?

Absolute state of Andy Naylor. And Brighton in general.

That fan base is England’s answer to Celtic when it comes to ambulance chasing and playing the victim at every possible opportunity.

He has until 18.00 tonight to respond. I presume if he denies it he will be available?

Brightons owner has shed loads of money, Andones vicious elbow to the head will not be looked at by the FA.
That chip on your shoulder looking a little soggier today

Some people are desperate to play the victim and I don't just mean Burnley fans, e.g. Leeds and Boro fans seem convinced the fa is constantly against them

Nobody beats the Leeds fans at that game, Boro and us are nowhere near. This season has ben one constant whinge from Leeds' fans ---you name it and they whinged about it, I think that they were disappointed that nothing has come about the 'spy scandal' :D

But he knows that if his appeal fails he gets a four game ban instead of three.
