He’ll focus more on Bong.

Classy Chris.

He’s an absolute dick head.

Him and Brighton are also in real trouble now. Lovely stuff.

Incredible that given our run of poor decisions we get all of our luck in one game. And what a game to get it in!!!

About time we got a break, and as for Hughton, I don';t mind him at all and he has every right to a rant, not do him any good though as we have the points :D

Obviously he’s made some out of hand comments about our fans after the Bong incident, but generally he’s about as much of a gentleman as there is in the PL. He’s a decent guy.

Houghton is one of the better ones.
Don't mind him at all.
The things he's said are the context with standing by his player.

Not lucky to win the game generally but a key decision at 2-0 really could have taken the game to 2-1 rather than 3-0 and that would have made for a very uncomfortable ending.

Sure, but your post "all our luck" suggests everything went our way.

He was pretty gracious in his interview, obviously not happy about the pen (neither would we) but said we did well

Yeah, you don't get one for 67 games and then you get one in each of your next 67 games. That's how it works, right?

That’s not how it was supposed to come across. I meant rather than the odd decision starting to go our way we have two stonewall penalties not given against us, one of the decisions lead to our 3rd goal. We weren’t lucky to win today but we got very lucky with 2 key decisions.

The first certainly wasn't a stone wall - in fact it wasn't a penalty - the second clearly was.

I thought that McNeill extending his arm and blocking a goal-bound shot was worthy of a penalty. The problem is the hand ball law is basically interpreted how referees want to interpret it.

They play in a very similar way to us, especially when Murray plays. We just seem to do it better.

Disagree. McNeill was about 20 cm away and whilst his arm wasn't by his side it wasn't in an unnatural position. And he certainly wasn't looking at the ball.

I too thought he was very dignified in his after match comments, preferring to concentrate on his own teams failings rather than the possible penalty incidents.

Decent bloke.

They way he behaved after the game at our manor last Spring showers just what an odious character he is.

Low life of a man. File alongside Bong and others who like to divide.

Probably, Steve.
After all, we DO play "a certain way".
