I went to Brighton yesterday and it was an absolute joy, all the clarets I met were diamonds, Rawtenstall Carol from the BL, Stockport John from the BL, Mick who was an apprentice at Huddersfield under Warnock. Also all the Brighton fans that on the train to and from the Stadium and in the pubs in the centre of the city, who were to a man complimentary and congratulatory of our team and efforts.
No negatives for me.
Yep. The train goers were all pretty decent. Some of the inhabitants of the north stand though were pretty cockish. 90% were ok, but inevitably, there were a few loadmouths bleating on about 'racist cnnts' etc.
Free ticket or not, I think I'll go back to paying to be in the right end if there is a next year.

Can somebody tell me why they think Tarkowski should have been sent off? (are they getting McNeil mixed up with Tarks?)
Is it Hendrick's handball they want the panel to look at?
I am all confused..help!

Also I forgot the young supporter who was sat in Row Y 780 or 782 , that I was sat with at Arsenal and who is an absolute gem and the future of our club. Sorry I didn't ask his name , but I will do the next time I see him. Top claret for now and the future.

After what Murray did last season in diving and getting Tarks banned I really don’t think they can complain. Very short memories them Brighton fans have.
Surprised they can get all their fans into their plastic ground with all them chips on them shoulders. Also where were all them fans when they were in league 1 at the withdean?

Well to be fair, withdean was fairly regularly sold out. I've got time for those that put up with Gillingham, withdean etc, but there seem to be plenty at the new place that have jumped on board once they had a comfy new ground and had the premier league in sight.
I guess there are plenty of those at any club that suddenly does well. Where have all those people who watch mk dons come from? Or crawley?

Fans either must i) berate their own team to a huge extent for losing and playing terribly or ii) declare they was robbed.
Just like on here last week perhaps? It seems that we're all feeling far less critical about another less than perfect performance from this weekend's referee too.

At a guess Milton Keynes and Crawley.

I always laugh at how they call us cheats when Glen Murray cheated his way through a game against us in the not too distant PAST (lol). Blinkers on. Also calling out Dyche for being dishonest compared to Hughton? Not sure how or where Dyche has been dishonest in the slightest.
Was nice to finally get a decision go our way, probably the first after about 10 against us.

Whatever their run of games it would not be a surprise for this lot to get relegated.
You can suggest they have easy fixtures at home but there are no easy games when in a relegation battle. Certainly not the Southampton, Cardiff and Newcastle mentioned above.

Fair play to Brighton. Like us they have looked over the brink and resurged. They seem to have something of a chip on their shoulders and an over inflated opinion of themselves. Something we could not be accused of ......

He led with his arm in a challenge with Murray in the first half, catching him on the back of the head. The BT commentators got a bit excited about it for a few seconds but then it didn't merit a mention again and didn't appear on the MOTD highlights. Not aware Houghton mentioning it either.

Pretty quiet on here now all the "Dyche has lost it" posters have (yet again) had malfunctions in their password protection software.
Results and performances during 2018 pointed to Dyche losing it. Now he's stopped with the hoofball and reinstated Heaton, the results and performances have returned. I'm happy that we aren't playing the mind numbing football that was being served up.

Thanks for that martin_p. I had forgotten about that incident, forearm into the back of his head. Probably a yellow card.
Thinking about it, we got away with quite a few incidents. Can we have that ref every week?
There is certainly some history developing now between Tarks and Murray.
Tarks was probably just letting him know that he hasn't forgotten about the squeezing of his broken hand.

Maybe the Ref watched that game on MOTD and remembers the incident as well.
