The Chase
FactualFrank has just got to the final stages of The Chase. This should be fun if he's chosen. Lost his mum and lost his dad at a young age, yet knows every president of the USA over the last 300 years, knows the presidents of Mount Rushmore and knows every nobel winner since 1901. Fair play, chap.
I am now getting Wikipedia loaded up. This could be a decent way to make money!

Re: The Chase
Let's start.. there are 4 American presidents on Mount Rushmore.
Name them. A point for each. No Googling.

The sculpture features the 60-foot (18 m) heads of Presidents George Washington (1732–1799), Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826), Theodore Roosevelt (1858–1919), and Abraham Lincoln (1809–1865).[4]

Re: The Chase
Correct but the OP needs to google US presidents as there wasn't one 300 years ago ..... 1776 was the start of American independance so only 242/3 years agoVino blanco wrote:Washington, Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt and , I think, Jefferson
Good luck Frank ... I had great fun down at Boreham Wood on my show despite getting chased down by Mark Labett ....

And the city. Although his first initial is G, not D.C, which I presume was a mistake of sorts.DustyBawls wrote:He was the first president. The state was named after him.

I'm sure you know Rileybobs that the DC stands for District of Columbia.
Re: The Chase
Benjamin Franklin is on the $100 bill hence its called a Benjamin, and quite a few people mistakenly think Franklin was a president but he wasn't. Because he is on said note....

Re: The Chase
2 dollar bill is Jefferson, 5 dollar is Lincoln , 10 dollar is Alexander Hamilton (also not a president), 20 dollar is Andrew Jackson, 50 dollar is Ulysses S Grant and as you say the 100 is Benjamin Franklin
Re: The Chase
Some also think "Martha's Vineyard" in Massachusetts is named after Martha Washington wife of George... but it was actually named in 1602 by an early explorer who's name escapes me.......
