Re: Newcastle - Who's going?
Four of us, including my nine year old grandson who was born within sight of Newcastle's ground and still lives up there. I converted him to the cause, much to his dad's horror. All of us Clarets will be wanting at least a point from the game but think of the little lad going to his school the next day if we have been beaten. If that happens I will tell him that it will be character building.

Re: Newcastle - Who's going?
Thanks con, only problem is that my eldest son supports the Clarets but my youngest son and grandson support the Toon! Add to that the fact that I shall be going with my mate, Ken, who drove me up and down to the Turf for 5 months after my accident and he is a Toonie although he enjoys coming to the Turf with me and now has a Season Ticket for the Clarets because he enjoys our days out.conyoviejo wrote:Enjoy Ashy, hope you get bragging rights over all yours Geordieland friends .
We have won 42 and Newcastle have won 42 and there have been 20 draws, therefore, to obtain some symmetry, we need a draw to make it 21 draws and that is exactly half of 42 wins and losses. I wonder!!

Re: Newcastle - Who's going?
I've done exactly the same. I'll be gutted at work tomorrow if we lose, so will my son. Local Pride is at stake, I've been giving it loads all week too...Dum Spiro Spero wrote:Four of us, including my nine year old grandson who was born within sight of Newcastle's ground and still lives up there.
