Up there with the best centre half performances I’ve seen in a Burnley shirt. Magnificent.

He looked massive today. A real physical presence, with real talent.

Thought Mee shaded him personally, which is not exactly a criticism because they were both immense.

My immediate reaction was that Tarks had switched off for a fraction of a second for their goal - a fraction of a second in which Kane got himself free of him and into space. But it was a really, really momentary lapse and we're really splitting hairs as we were entitled to assume the throw in would be taken from the correct position, and Rose wouldn't run past the first burnley player rugby-style.

I don't think their fishing, both center-halves switched off to Keane for a second and let him have the space behind. Spurs were really aided by Rose nicking the yards to find him, but our lads should still have been covering him.

In terms of switching off for the goal, you can always consider that the throw taken from the correct place would possibly not have resulted in a goal along with the fact that Kane is one of the best strikers in the world....

Mee and Tarky were both immense today...
