If they are suspended till next season it gives them 6 months to try to sort out their finances with "new money" , sponsorship deals, loans etc. In the meantime they'd have minimum outgoings.
Why would they inevitably fold? I don't think it's an irretrievable situation at Bury. The current owner appears to be the main issue. Bolton is a far bigger club and problem but could also be sorted within 6 months.
