Body shop car repair recommendations please.

Anybody recommend a good body shop repair place please. Someone reversed into our car whilst parked and kindly left their details on the windscreen. It’s not massive damage, just needs bumper repainting. No actual damage to bumper other than this.
Don’t really want to go through insurance, as it usually costs even though clearly not my fault and I have many years protected no claims discount. The lady who hit us will happily go through insurance or pay for the repair with her own funds. Someone mentioned Vale garage on Abinger street. Any other recommendations please? Cheers.
