Vertongen was 5 yards inside the box when the penalty was taken, and he was the one who got back in time to block the rebound.
Penalty should've been retaken.

I see Danny Rose was in the wars again. I wonder if he has a complex? First Bards has a nibble at him and then Toreador gives him the studs. Got a red card for the tackle though.

This happens quite a lot but refs hardly ever seem to penalise it even if the penalty is missedImploding Turtle wrote:Vertongen was 5 yards inside the box when the penalty was taken, and he was the one who got back in time to block the rebound.

The defender committed a foul on an attacker in the box. Definite penalty.Claretmatt4 wrote:Shoulsbt have been given in the first place. In this case two wrongs make a right

Disagree. Aumbemeyang simply fell over. There was barely any contact bar the usual jostling.
Re: Spurs v Arsenal
That's disgusting ! Not only should there be more English but more Women, people with a sunburnt complexion, Transgenders, disabled, gingers and Rovers fans in the team !karatekid wrote:Number of English players starting
