I had a dream

Post by Guich » Sat Mar 09, 2019 10:56 am

And I thought I'd better share it with you all...just in case.

I don't normally have vivid footy dreams but seems I've been overthinking this weekend's fixtures.

Anyhow; in my dream Cardiff lost 0-5 to West Ham and, after going four points behind City, Liverpool succumbed to a late Ashley Barnes equaliser to draw 1-1.

If the Bluebirds do go down 0-5 then Mrs G says I can have a tenner on us getting a draw :o

I had a dream last night. I was at a F1 race, sat on a balcony that was about 2 meters above a chicane. Anyway mass pile up. A car hit another at the back, flung up and hit a car head on. One of the wheels hit Niko Hulkenbergs helmet and it flung off. With his head still in the helmet.

It was ******* grim.

Edit
Not sure what odds you’d get.

I used to have a reoccurring dream that I was a racing driver (one of the old tube type racing cars) when I crashed on a corner, which invariably woke me up. It was only a couple of years ago I saw the exact bend on a documentary (for a British track that closed in the sixties)... I was born in 1970. Someday I'll look into it when I have time to see if there is something in it... besides being weird :-)

You ever heard of the young boy pretending to fly his toy aircraft and crashing it?

Anyway the story goes he said the pilots name and it turned out after research a pilot with the very same name was shot down during WW2

There is a chilling book called ‘ more lives than one ‘ based on a study called the Bloxham tapes.

What is interesting is the fact that like the two stories above all of those reincarnated had met violent ends.

Interesting that Dyched... obviously it has crossed my mind as I'm not and have never been a big fan of racing (speedway apart). It is certainly not something I'd dismiss as a possibility given the detail and feelings of the dreams (it was all very real).

I used to have another re-occurring dream where I was being chased by red-coated soldiers after pinching a red apple from a hand barrow market stall. I was at an age where I had no idea the British army traditionally wore red. I woke up from that one when they opened the lid of the wooden "bedding box" I had hidden in. It ended in a room I always thought was a wood-lined library. Re-incarnation is certainly one explanation for the dreams that have popped into my mind from time to time; though I've not had either since I was at junior school, they remain as clear as my own memories even today. One day, God willing I will research them... they could well be the reason I am even now fascinated with all the elements of history.

You'll get the second part of the dream right I'm sure.
