Some internet troll, claiming to be a Huddersfield fan, has racially abused a player via a direct message.

With a bit of luck they'll find out who it is and hand them a lifetime ban and any other available punishment.

People always miss the irony in Love they neighbour. He was a failure, beaten every time by his superior a black neighbour... the whole point was the racist was a bigoted idiot... using language commonly used by bigoted idiots at the time. It seems stronger to the point of wincing now exactly because shows like this creating highlighted just how rife it was in 70’s Britain.
