A Claret snail
Just seen an advert for coca~cola and I'm sure I just saw a snail dressed in Claret n Blue...I've had a few whiskes but I'm sure that's what I saw...what's the connection between us and a snail
Re: A Claret snail
Who's to say it wasn't a Villa Snail or a Wham Snail or even a Scunthorpe SnailSteve1956 wrote:Just seen an advert for coca~cola and I'm sure I just saw a snail dressed in Claret n Blue...I've had a few whiskes but I'm sure that's what I saw...what's the connection between us and a snail

Both the distilleries? Thought there were 8, more planned and another a short swim away on Jura, (the only one of them that I have toured). Both lovely islands.Steve1956 wrote:Lagavulin or Adberg mate nothing else come close, hoping to visit Islay in the summer and tour both the distilleries.
Re: A Claret snail

And I thought the Blackpool anthems were evil.

Re: A Claret snail
Is there actually a Burnley supporter who has painted their snail up, or have Coca Cola magicked it up for marketing
Re: A Claret snail
It's a ****-take of our team and fans.
There's more racism against Burnley folk in that ad than any perceived racism of a golliwog with your marmalade.
Charles and Maurice Saatchi in Landown sneer at L'escargot and a bit of claret at Langdons... Haha, great coca cola ad and Alison Moyet for the handbags at ten paces Burnley squad and blubber fans.
I bet they couldn't play football either of them.
The Saatchi Gallery is just of the Kings Road, 'draw' your own conclusions.

Re: A Claret snail
Referencing our blistering snail-like pace throughout the team I’d say
Re: A Claret snail
Neither. It's a photo of David Luiz turning in the box after been left for dead by that speedster Sam Vokes in our 3-2 win last season at Chelsea.Falcon wrote:Is there actually a Burnley supporter who has painted their snail up, or have Coca Cola magicked it up for marketing
They've just airbrushed the colour on to his head and body so that he's not easy to identify, but you can easily make out his face if you look closely.
Re: A Claret snail
All I ever knew... Over you. Alison Moyet. The most condescending thing I have seen this year, DESIGNED to nullify the masses over the political coup that took place yesterday.
YOU SUCKERS SUCKING UP TO ANYTHING COS ITS GOT BURNLEY ON IT.
Muggins.
The exact opposite of ebeneezer good and I doubt on the football league show, when the NU Masters are being paraded, that will be the tune, it'll be rap and stormzy etc.

Re: A Claret snail
It's funny how Sleaford Mods sound when they are re-mixed isn't it? Just like Alison Moyet....
