Well accrington pipe band are playing so should be some 'banging beats' as for 'sniff' will check under their kilts on entrance

Imagine there will be a few punches thrown if you start trying to sniff under their kilts.

Here is a pic of some of the Helmand lads posted on social media on their way to the airport yesterday. Should be a good do.

What a brilliant story and a fine example of how football can bring people together from different Countries and Cultures.

I met some of those guys in the Club shop after the Brighton game. In the queue to buy some items and these guys were behind me. Being quick minded i thought these lads are not local and we got into conversation and they told me about Darran and the trips they make each year in his honour, but not seen that article posted by Claretsky before.
Most certainly the Good side of football so much nicer than the Bad and Ugly side we see too much. Brexit yeah or nay I am sure all Clarets and the good folk of Burnley will welcome these supporters whenever they are in town.
And if indeed they do shoot cats as Basil implies then they get an extra vote from me.

These lads are brilliant met a few last time they were here. Really good set of lads, like a drink and a sing song, happy they are coming back.... hope they bring that super massive flag with them. My youngest is a mascot that day should be a top day. UTC.

The write up from Jack Marshall is a great story.
It embodies the friendship between our 2 towns, it's people & supporters

We are taking over a 100 to Helmond on the 3rd of May this year.
Where else in the Premiership would a club house 140 + neutrals...?
Alot of credit to Burnley Fc & their people for organising this visit, and allowing it to happen
UTC & HS
