Nah, as I said on the match thread - it’s either Premier League, or 4 extra games - in a league we will do well in. I’m renewing.

I'm not bothering. I'll probably still end up going to most games but can't face another year of Dycheball whether we're in the Prem or the Championship. Suppose part of is wanting to send a message to the Board, no matter how small it is.

Sent mine back the same day I got it, made the decision last year.

I'd be surprised if it doesn't get into four figures of people not renewing.
You cannot keep doing the things the board/club are doing and not expect people to vote with their feet.

We have employed and are paying a top notch chef, to try and make top notch food, using cheap ingredients in a run down café.

I've kept mine going for next year but it's more out of habit than anything else. It feels like a chore going to watch us currently. Part of me hopes a relegation would allow us to see some more entertaining football next year

Me and mine are jumping ship after, roughly, 25, 35 and 45 years respectively. If we stay up.
If we go down we'll pay the extra to renew our seats. (I think that's possible?) It's not about today, not at all, we've all been going on long enough to watch us get beaten at home by 9 man Rochdale, but between age, work and the premier league being what it is, certainly with regard to fixtures and also to do with the attitude the game is adopting and the spectacle it presents, it's just not that enjoyable anymore.
I have sky tv and once my contract is up I won't renew. Football in general has simply lost it's appeal.
In truth, it did last season too, the number of 'super sundays' I watched was probably countable on one hand, but my team was doing superbly well - but the money and all round spectacle of the game isn't really for me anymore.

You either support Burnley FC or you don't. Weather it's the Premier League or the National League.
I blame my old man for making me a claret but there you go.
I'm on again next season.

At Xmas I asked my daughter (11) if she still wanted to go if Burnley got relegated
She still wants to go and that’s good enough for me - renewed 2 weeks ago
Taking my seat at 14:50 on a Saturday- I feel like I’m In the right place at the right time

Thought about not renewing and just picking the games but it's so easy paying over 12 months interest free you don't notice it , I will be gutted if we go down but then I remember how exciting our promotion seasons were , the championship is the best league in the world maybe not for quality but excitement if you are in the top 6 , I'll never forget that equaliser against Boro or the atmosphere at the end of the Preston gsme

Not renewing based on footballing reasons is not an option.

Financial, yes. Practical, yes. Burnley getting relegated? No chance.

Im not the sort that will give up just because we go down. And will 100 percent be there next season and will renew.

But a big wake up call and shake up is needed.

The board need to show the same commitment and backing that loyal fans do.

The last 15 months have been abysmal.

Constantly playing ourselves down will eventually lead to us going down. Its the same at every level. We have grumbled about being unable to compete since at least ITV digital.

I'm not too bothered about the drop to the championship as I quite enjoyed being successful and watching good attacking football with an objective other than merely survival. I'm in the remain camp here. It could actually serve as a reboot season where we have a good look at what we have and what we need to change to have another go at the Prem.

Also the added bonus of playing and beating them down the road. I miss the local derbies.

I’m not but you'll not miss me. I’m a jinx. Very rarely see us score, let alone win.
I said to our kid if we didn’t score against CP I wouldn’t be on again and we get a pointless last minute goal.
This is a sacrifice to keep us up.

The only thing negative is the dyche ball we are being served up. 2 shots on target against a team playing 85 mins with 10 men says it all really n no I won't be leaving this board Ralph just for speaking the truth.

I don't think I am renewing. Regardless of division. Not as a reaction to Dyche and our style of play, either. Have loved being in the PL, but I've been thinking about it for a few years. I live in Sheffield, and it's a large part out of my day, when all is said and done. Daughter plays footy too, and I ref in girls' league Saturdays too. Lots of games move. I am too tired at work the day after after midweek games, so give them a miss already. Maybe it's a stage of life thing, having three kids that all play. I dunno! I'll still do games, just fewer. Home games are often harder to get to than away ones! :-)

I’m renewing because I’m a burnley fan and I enjoy going to games. Agree with a lot of what this fella has to say about the game in general though.
The Premier League is a circus where the dice are heavily loaded in favour of the big boys (just ask a Swansea fan tonight!) I want my club to be the best it can be, but the Championship does have a lot going for it.

Finishing 7th was incredible. But lets not pretend that was last year that did it. We were awful most of 2018 and refused to compete on the field in europe and two cups and off it in the transfer market. Arrogantly thinking we would easily stay up.

We now need 3 windows worth of changes in one window in summer.

Twenty-one years a ST holder but not any more (I told the club earlier this week - not a reaction to today). Partially financial (can afford it but would prefer to spend it elsewhere), partially family (more time looking after people), partially "the football industry" but definitely in part this team, the current approach of our very successful manager and the complete lack of entertainment on offer.

Really important that the business owners make sure their customers are valued and receive a quality product or service. That applies to all businesses.

I’ve said before that our board have to be very careful because for most of us there is a temptation to not renew and pick and choose our games (e.g. today I wouldn’t have done 4 hours driving in heavy rain without a season ticket). Just being in the PL isn’t enough because there are also weird kickoff times, big queues and other annoying aspects of the PL.

Burnley FC’s success has been so important to the town. It’s given the town a pride, a spirit, a soul.

I’m as disappointed as anyone with recent games. It’s not been a great season but there have been highlights.

I still think Sean is a great manager. I still believe in the owners, board and management. We’ve invested in training facilities and bought Turf Moor back.

Our team has international players. Some of them are showing incredible potential and I don’t believe most of them need replacing. However, we didn’t manage to sign some real upfront firepower and the season’s result have reflected that.

If we are relegated, I hope we retain the very best of our squad. Sad to say it but Hart, Brady, Crouch, Defour (too injury prone) and a couple of others can move on. But I also we invest in class strikers to make a return to the PL a real possibility.

Will I buy another season ticket? Maybe but not sure.
