Foundation Phase Lead Coach is responsible for 7-11 Age Groups
Youth Development Phase Lead Coach is responsible for 12-16 Age Group
And Professional Development Phase Lead Coach is responsible for U17s upwards

It's a roofer's tutor. Once the tiles have been removed, there is the Lead phase.

I thought it was a job title for a dog trainer.

After "Sit" "Stay" you get the "Lead" phase training
