Not sure that counts as 'support'.

"[*]Easiest way would have been to do it online" .[/quote]

I tried that over two days, logged in, it shows season tickets 2019/20 but then asks you to complete the boxes showing where you want to sit. I couldn't find anywhere that shows where to go for current season ticket holders to renew.

I still find it rather bizarre that in 2019 you can walk in and pay over the counter but not over the phone.

I told them I didn't want to do that, I'm through to you now and a card payment over the phone can be done in seconds. " no sorry", okay, if I walk in the ticket office can I pay you by debit card, "yes" was the reply. I rang the 0844 number and had to listen to waffle for 2 minutes before getting through and had the pleasure of being charged an extra £1.60 for paying by debit card plus extra for using the 0844 number.
Its illegal to charge you for paying by debit card!!!

It may be easier for some online. But for many, especially older fans it definitely isnt.

And there is no way they should be refusing to deal with it or help out when through to them. Thats shocking. All to direct fans AKA customers to a number they will make money off. A paltry amount to the club in the grand scheme of things.

Still cant believe that hasnt changed.

Do we know what date the direct debit is due out on?

Is it still the 25th of month?

I have several season tickets, not quite several have decided not to renew, however when sorting out my direct debits this month I spotted the direct debits are cancelled now.

Will the club automatically set up the one who didn't put a big fat No on the renewal form, or will it be a case of me going down and setting it up for the 1 awkward individual who just wont bag it off?

I ask because I don't want to
A. ring that rip off of a phone line
B. waste my time going down if there's no need
C. turn a blind eye and the club taking matters into their own hands and not renewing the one they didn't get a none renewal signature from. They that haven't renewed, might make them think the singular isn't too.

Cheers in advance to any constructive help or advice.
