As far as I can tell the Catalan 3rd Tier is Level 7 of Spanish football so equivalent to whatever the Top Division of the Northern Premier League here is currently known as.

Many great players have come from 'non-league' (which this seems to be the equivelant of). If he looks okay get him in, he's gonna cost peanuts and might be a future top striker. 30 goals so far is still pretty damn good at almost any level. We could use more of this kind of thing, especially if we refuse to take part in transfer windows.

Fao Tony its important to check all avenues.
We have been far too reluctant to pursue players in fringe areas.
Nowadays we need to up our game re scouting or suffer the consequences.

We can look for a draw all we want but we don't win cup games v non league teams so wouldn't do the lad no harm.
