New prediction game

Post by Funkydrummer » Sat Mar 30, 2019 12:19 pm

To the nearest 10, how many times will Wood be offside ?

Null and void if, hopefully, he doesn't feature at all.

He will be, it's how he's asked to play like Gray was. Players like that, playing like that, will always get caught offside. As for the hopefully he doesn't appear - words fail me.

I hope he's benched. Time to give Vydra more than 2 minutes.

Spot on. Clearly Dyche instructs Wood to play on the last man as he did with Gray. Some people don't appear to understand that.

Would love him to get an 'offside' winner.
I'm going for 5 times. (6 counting the winner). Nature of the beast with Wood and offside, he's told to be level with the last defenders longest cock hair, it's that tight.

I have no objection to anybody playing on the shoulder but he doesn't. He stands offside and doesn't appear to understand he is offside. that's what ticks me off about him.

And not all his offsides are offside. For example the one where he scored at Watford which was disallowed.

" .. . . . . . . will always get caught offside" - words fail me with a statement like that. What is the point
of doing it if it never works ? Change your tinted glasses please.

I'm off to the match now to watch this new offside game that we've invented.

But that's just part of the problem, he makes it way too easy for the lino just to call offside. Who's gonna argue?

I've not twisted any words, simply quoted exactly what you had written. Unequivocal I'm afraid.

Also, never start a sentence with "and"

I understand completely, but I'm sure he is also told to stay onside. If he can't manage that, then try
a different way of playing or play someone else.

Not rocket science really.

To be fair though, the lad did ok in that regard today. Credit where it's due.
