I don’t know why Cardiff fans are so upset, Chelski equaliser clearly onside.

The linesman definitely had his Claret spectacles on.

On the week it was announced that the pilot flying the plane was colour blind it isn't unreasonable to speculate the linesman was his twin.

Terrible decision but don’t think Warnock, Blackwell and Jepson’s reaction helped them one bit. Really unprofessional and I suspect the whole management team losing their heads helped contribute to Cardiff losing the game.

Shame.

Table looking very healthy. And unlike Chelsea, Man City will outplay them for 90 minutes.

Saturday 1th Nov 2018 - Cardiff C 2 Brighton H A 1

remember this Colin?

from BBC report:

....Brighton boss Chris Hughton said he was "angry" over an offside claim in the build-up to Sol Bamba's last-minute winner, which earned Cardiff City a second win of the season.

The visitors, who took the lead via Lewis Dunk's early header before Callum Paterson's equaliser, had Dale Stephens sent off for a lunge at Greg Cunningham after 34 minutes.

After some superb defending, Brighton looked like they would escape with a point but Cardiff twice hit the woodwork in the build-up to Bamba's strike.

"I don't think Sol Bamba looked offside, he was offside!" said Hughton. "I understand the sending off, some would give it, some wouldn't, but on the winning goal he is offside and for me that is not a difficult decision to make.

"We have a linesman in a very good position when the ball comes back in, so for me, I am more angry with the second decision than the first one."

also from 'cardiffcityonline'

'...With time running out for Cardiff to find a winner, Bamba was on hand to fire the ball home after an almighty goalmouth scramble which saw the Bluebirds hit the post and bar – although replays showed that Bamba was offside in the buildup to the goal...'

wonder if Warnock pleaded for VAR to review that one!

What's really annoying Colin is the fact that Chelsea were there for the taking. As poor a performance from a top six team that I have seen for a long time.

At least we'll be five points ahead of Cardiff when they come to Turf Moor so they can't come and frustrate us. They simply have to open up, unless they get an early goal.

Today's result effectively means a draw suits us more than it does them.

Not certain about that.
If we lose at Bournemouth we might easily end the season on 34 points.
Cardiff could easily win 2 further games, and end up on 35.
