It's that time again straight after Cheltenham for a quick 3 day Nap league from Thursday until Grand National day on Saturday.

I know this is boring but the usual rules apply for the 7 races each day.

Please select one horse in each race every day and mark one as your nap.

You will start the competition on +-£0.00 and for every winner you will gain the value of the SP and if your selection loses you will be deducted a £1. If your nap wins the SP will be doubled.

Please post your selections on this thread and make them before the start of the days racing.

Any non runners / non starters will be treated as losers.

I will post a league table each evening on this thread.

This is free to enter for anybody of any age, religion, brexit persuasion, football club supporters except Leeds and a £10 bet goes to the winner.
