It's the sediment that does for you

Sediment is absolutely fine, very common for naturallly carbonated beers such as Belgium / Flemish ones. Tip is to not pour everything from the bottle into the glass, leave about half inch in the bottom and pour it all in one movement (don't stop start).

Only thing sediment does is cloud the beer.

Craft beer is usually just keg (pasturised)but bulled-up so they can charge more.
Usually sediment is found in bottle conditioned stuff - a sort of real ale in a bottle.

The Kernels craft beer always has sediment in its bottles. Nothing wrong with it.

Like wine the best beers are the ones you enjoy drinking regardless of the cost.

What does bottle conditioned actually mean?

It’s where the beer is bottled with a little bit of yeast and the fermentation process continues in the bottle.
