Ursula Andress hot as hell but it wasn't her voice on the film singing ....

It was Diana Coupland more famous for playing Sid James Mrs in "Bless this house"

The site is named after the song “Under the Mango Tree” from the Dr No soundtrack. It was written by Monty Norman and peformed by Diana Coupland (then Norman’s Mrs) and featured the Jamaican guitar legend Ernest Ranglin. It is also the only song that James Bond ever sang on-screen. So far....

Supermarket mangoes are awful. Go find some honey mangoes in a local grocer.

I once bumped into Diana Coupland in a small shop in Woodtsock (Oxfordshire) well after Bless This House had finished, but whilst she was still a well known face. About 1982 I'd guess. Not a lot of people know that! (But a few more know it now)

I blend it in yoghurt, on its own or with strawberries.

She did, but they were well past their sell by date. Even Sid James wouldn't have been having them!!!

Often 4 for a $1 down here in New Mex when they're over ripe. Like others said blend them with yogurt for a lassi type thing or throw them in a pot with a meat, some Chile's, apple, nuts and raisins.

The real secret is learning how to peel them.
