Watford poor for the majority of the game but have found a way back into it. Deeney bought the pen.

I think they've been by far the better side from that start, bonkers how we all see games differently !

It didn’t seem like they’d registered an effort on target, or even close, when they went 2 down although I may be forgetting some.

Gray missed two sitters. Been a really good game and fair play to Watford if they can hold out

Enjoyed that.
Good game to watch. Hope they go on and win it, now.
Not doing football any favours, all this 'Big Six' domination headed by Citeh.

Wolves absolutely appalling stuff. I seriously rate them as a league club but when it comes to holding your nerve they’re appalling. Shocking mentality in that situation.
I criticise us, but when you’re 2-0 up at Wembley with 11 to play against that sort of side, you defend with 11 men. Not 9, not 10, 11. You just hold onto it. Like I said, appalling - I wanted Wolves to win.

When we hold onto a lead the likes of Barnes comes into his own. He closes down and he's brilliant at winning cheap freekicks.

Espirito Santo did an Alf Ramsey. Took off Neves and Jota thinking the game was won. Big mistake.
Smashing match though and the better side won. Big enough and physical enough to give Citeh a Cup Final to remember.

The last and only time that Watford were in the FA Cup Final, one of the goals which beat them was scored by Gray and that was 35 years ago.
Watch this space to see if Andre can emulate Andy.

Good on Watford. Bit sick of the cloying praise Wolves have been getting this season, they've got good players but they're a bit soft.
Watford are what we'd be like with more money and better scouting, i.e. still playing 442.
Deulofeu's first is pure class.
Wolves stood more of a chance against City, but glad Watford got there over Wolves.

If he does, there's no way it will be in the same fashion ! The Referee's whistle will have gone off like a car alarm as soon as Andre jumps within 3 feet of the keeper !!

I was at the game and remember it well. This would have gone to VAR these days and goodness knows what the decision would have been!
Good day for Trevor Steven gaining his second trophy of the season after his Charity Shield win at the start of the season.
