If Michael Phelps were a country he would rank 35th in the gold medal standings, which is ahead of 97 countries, which have taken part in the Olympics

I hope I am right in saying Burnley's Steve Davis played 147 times for Burnley, max break snooker's Steve Davis would go for.

I can not confirm this, but I read/was told that the longest ever, televised putt in a golf match was made by Sir Terry Wogan in a Pro/celeb am match at Gleneagles. Some where in the region of 200 foot.
