Rugby Union Australia have just Sacked Rugby Union star Folau for anti Gay comments and other derogatory comments.. Is this the road to go down or is he being harshly treated for his beliefs.. Should this be brought into sport over here .. ?

He's already had one warning for his social media posts and the sponsors in Australia threatened to walk away over those. Sports stars should simply stay off social media but if they do then they should treat it as though they are doing a live interview. I have no sympathy for him at all.

No sympathy. We cant stop anyone having different views on how we all should live our life. But he is obviously trying to provoke reactions. If you have nothing nice to say dont say anything

He can believe whatever he likes but posting these aggressive views is career suicide.

Quantas is a major rugby sponsor in Oz & that company's Chief Exec is openly gay so Rugby Australia have little alternative (I'm not saying that it's purely a commercial decision as rugby has striven harder than, say, football to be seen as "all inclusive").
Folau is a fantastic athlete but seems to have nil discretion/common sense.
