Anything that can be done about this error?

Also, the website on mobile has two other problems:

1. It flicks down briefly a few seconds after loading which means you can easily accidently tap the wrong thread/last post.

2. It doesn't let you log in if you use data saver

Are there admins on here that can look into this?

I think you need a new phone m8 ... .doesn't do any of that on mine.

How fast are you at looking which thread to tap on

Speaking of mobile apps, I wish the club made the online ticket purchasing more mobile friendly. I'm fed up of telling them to be ignored it's a nightmare trying to do things on that site with your phone.

Never seem to have a problem m8 ... yesterday at 5.15pm I ordered tickets for Villa for me and my Bro using my phone and the BFC App... When they came down to 4000 points.

I've managed to order, however the drop down menus when you order tickets (for example selecting a stand) don't work properly. I've got them to work but it takes so much messing about, also some of the info is cut of like my Clarets number etc.

Agree with Boss - I always order via my phone and the only issue I’ve ever had is when I tried to order for the Sunderland cup game because they had gone onto general sale it wouldn’t let me select my own seat.

Maybe it was trying to pre-warn me

Our seats were already in my basket m8 but I ordered mine while they were on sale to season ticket holders only....

I don't order home game tickets normally with having a season ticket..... unless its a cup game and then its always when they are 1st on offer so always in my basket

Got nothing to do with the phone. Perhaps the connection.

Anyhow, is there an admin of the website we can contact? I've tried the contact us section but haven't received a reply before.
