I am aware of the players that are out on loan.
But are there any other young players similar to McNeil that arnt on loan but obviously have talent.
Benson seems to be the next in line but this is purely a guess.

Ali Koiki is a good young-un at full back on loan at Swindon (I think, am sure CT will correct me if I am wrong)
