defensively did all that was asked of him, won some key headers and was organising the defence. I wasn't impressed with his distribution though, too many occasions he had time on the ball and he just hoofed it (I guess that could have been under instruction though). From this viewing I would say he's a fair way from our first team. A spell on loan in the championship would be the next logical step for him.
