How do you know by opposing the extremists you wouldn't find yourself hospitalized within seconds of starting to whistle?
Education is the only proven answer. Try having a little empathy with those in Montenegro that despise the way the fascists behave, rather than damning those trying hardest to put an end to it.... not trying to insult you just look at it in a slightly different way.

The minority ruined it for the majority. And with it left a **** stain on their reputation.
Hopefuly the punishment will discourage them but i doubt it. People will still behave that way regardless of the punishment. Especially if it doesnt affect them as individuals.
