That would be even worse than when fans used to sing ‘United ! United!’ when we played City in the lower leagues.

We used to sing YNWA in the 70’s and 80’s.

I remember singing it at Wembley in ‘88.

Younger posters won’t understand it is only since the late 80’s that YNWA became ‘Liverpools’s’ before that it was sung in virtually every ground all the way down the ladder... even Everton sang it.

Another media created ‘legend’ unfortunately.
