Season ticket Direct Debit

Post by ClaretAL » Sat Apr 27, 2019 5:18 pm

Hi all,

Just checked my bank statement and found they have have charged me the full adult price via DD for my son who is 19, so they have taken £37.92 as opposed to £19. Has anyone else had the same issue? I will call the ticket office on Monday to see what they say.

Cancelled mine and my lads on the 17th April for next season due to unforeseen circumstances informed the club immediately that im doing this I don't want to renew, they want me to pay £94 and a few pence for the pleasure.

£34 and a few pence for the missed direct debit on the 25th
£15 each fine for missing a Direct debit payment
£15 each for cancellation of next seasons season ticket
